The first one is by Alde, the black is Church's, the 2nd brown I dunno.
I just cannot decide wether to get one from Church's or Alden or even Bally as a single Monk in black or brown with a golden or a silver belt...
Help me?!?!

Safari jacket

The tailor of the jacket seems to be Hackett's tailor too, as far as you can believe the company. However it feels perfect for this autumn and summer.
Today, on the way to the doctor, combined with a dark green trousers, with rolled up cuffs and some suede tassels.
To compare directly I uploaded one of my favorite pictures of J. Hackett himself, wearing a similar-colored suit.

Obviously Strauß! Listening to it in the cold 'frontyard' sitting next to a sculpture (see very dark picture). Its night, dead silent and I enjoy the stars, fresh air and being in an absolutely exclusive private spot, just like Kevin (Kevin allein in NY) is when watching the opera. Brautiful and romantic it is. Good night. Good life!

I am thinking about getting a simple white shirt made with this collar.
But when I do, how should it be cuffed? Single? Or double?
Do I wear it with a collar needle?
What occasions are correct?
What ties?
In my opinion, I think it would rock my city suits with a strong reddish tie, unless its really only meant to wear in the country like the gent in the picture.

Grey checked suit

I am just a bit away from buying a three-piece wool/cashmere suit that looks just like this concerning fabrics (but with the check being light grey, not blue).
And I really need new suits because I disposed of all my blue suits since some of them were really dead or had a dark blue which is more black than anything else. And I hate black suits, its so boring and sad. Even on smokings Id prefer a superdark blue. So nowadays every suit that reminds me of black is my personal fashion-hell.
I need blue suits again (speaking of pale blue), but like a blue blazer is blue. A blue you see not a blue the company you buy it from claims it to be. Cause, honestly, most dark blues seem black to me.
Now the question: What do you think about black suits?!
